What is a Relationship Officer?
A Relationship Officer is a professional who provides financial solutions for BCA's customers, especially in the area of credit analysis and lending. A Relationship Officer is responsible for identifying potential customers, assessing their creditworthiness, offering suitable products and services, and maintaining good relationships with them.

How to become a Relationship Officer?
BCA has a special program for fresh graduates who want to become Relationship Officers. The program is called Relationship Officer Fresh Graduate Program Trainee, and it is a oneyear intensive training program that will prepare you for your role as a Relationship Officer.During the program, you will receive a monthly allowance, health insurance, holiday allowances, yearend allowances, and quality training from BCA. You will also be assigned to a mentor who will guide and support you throughout the program. Upon completion of the program, you will be hired as a permanent employee at one of BCA's branches.
To join the program, you need to meet the following requirements:
- You have a minimum bachelor's degree from any major
- You have a minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00
- You are not older than 24 years old (for bachelor's degree holders) or 26 years old (for master's degree holders)
- You have an interest in entrepreneurship and the banking industry
- You like marketing and business
- You enjoy building relationships with people
- You have good communication skills
- You can work under pressure
- You have a high achievement motivation
- You are not married and willing to not get married during the program
- You are willing to sign a bond agreement after the program
